The Island Village
Beautiful, green conservation areas will line the 1000+ planned homes in Island Village, which will feature pocket parks and gathering spaces as is the tradition in Celebration. With great options in retail and recreation, this place will boast everything that is good about Orlando living and then some.
Existing Villages in Celebration
The original village is of course named Celebration, which holds the downtown area inside it and contains a total of 351 home sites. In addition to the residential areas, it also features a home business designation in one area, making it a popular choice for a diverse range of entrepreneurial endeavors.
There are many stylish condos downtown, near to some neat features including a large, heated neighborhood pool, recently resurfaced basketball courts and a well-stocked volunteer library.
The second village of Celebration is West Village, which is bordered by the Celebration Golf Course and the brilliant elementary school. With 95 homes currently, the style is a range of Cottage, Village, and some larger Estate Homes. The third village is Lake Evalyn, which is situated just beyond the downtown area. A village containing mostly Garden homes, there are also some Village and Cottage style Homes dotted about the other 59 sites. North Village counts as the fourth village of Celebration, finding itself conveniently located near to the 192 entry point. A neighborhood pool and family oriented park are the standout features. With 552 homes, South Village is a large fifth village within Celebration. It is a little beyond the downtown area and features bungalows and condos as well as a neighborhood pool and recreation area. Freestanding homes and attached bungalows make up Roseville Corner, which is a small 99 home community.
A little past the downtown area, East Village features 387 homes in a variety of styles. The Celebration Company most recently developed the village of Aquila Reserve, which is located behind East Village. Consisting of 78 homes, this village features a broad range of home types, and while there is no neighborhood pool, the village is surrounded by stunning woodland.
At the end of Celebration Avenue is Artisan Park, which, unlike the other neighborhoods, was developed by Arvida (a St Joe Company) as opposed to The Celebration Company. With 300 single family homes, as well as 50 townhomes and 300 condos, it also boasts its own clubhouse and neighborhood pool.
